Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions from our customers

How to proceed to hire your services?

Fill out the contact form or request a quote. We will contact you as soon as possible for the usual discussions to identify your needs and the resources to be implemented.

How are the payments for your service and the terms of the contract handled?

The quote is always accompanied by the T&Cs and will necessarily follow a contract. The contract will then be accompanied by a payment schedule. The payment terms applied are as follows: 40% of the total amount upon signing the contract or quote, then 30% during the 2 months before the date of the event and the remaining 20%, 1 month before the event. On request, we can arrange the payment schedule together. In both cases, the last payment must be made 1 month before the event.

How does the first meeting take place?

Following an initial exchange by email or telephone, I offer you a first meeting, completely free and without obligation, in order to study your wedding project together, help you define your desires and determine the service best suited to your needs.

Are service providers imposed on you?

Each wedding is tailor-made, which means that I offer you service providers who will be ideal for you. Having an address book of quality service providers with whom I work and that I can suggest to you if they correspond, in my opinion, to your requirements and your personality.

Do we remain in control of the organization of our wedding?

Yes, absolutely. You are the only decision-makers for your wedding. I do not impose any choices on you. I am here to advise you as best I can and to make you benefit from my experience. My objectives are above all your satisfaction and the complete success of your wedding. On the other hand, you will not have to do long research. Which remains a significant time saving for you. In this way, you will be able to get involved in the parts of your wedding that are particularly important to you.

How long to organize a wedding?

Planning a wedding is a considerable investment of time, which is why we usually start more than a year in advance! The estimated working time to organize your wedding is 200 to 300 hours! So do the math and imagine everything you could do if you didn't have to worry about organizing everything. Make your choices and let your wedding planner take care of the rest.
